Non-urgent advice: Out of Hours & Emergency Services


During evenings and weekends, you can access GP services via our I:HUB service. Appointments are available from: 6:30pm to 8pm Mondays to Fridays, and throughout the day on weekends and public holidays. You can book an I:HUB appointment like our other appointments: either fill in this online form or call 020 7833 9939 to speak to our reception team.

111 – NHS non-emergency

When the practice is closed, you can call 111 to speak to a trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you questions to assess your symptoms and direct you to the best medical care for you. If it is appropriate 111 can arrange an appointment with a GP or nurse out-of-hours.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.
