To book a telephone or face-to-face appointment please use our online service, eConsult.
By completing a straightforward online form we can arrange you the most appropriate care from the most appropriate person or service.
Our doctors will review your submitted form, and you will receive a response from our practice team on the same day.
If you are not able to fill out the online form yourself or you don’t have access to a smartphone or the internet, please call us on 020 7833 9939. Our reception team will be happy to take your details over the phone and arrange an appropriate appointment.
We will arrange interpreters for non-English speakers or for those who use British Sign Language.
Please let our reception team know if you need an interpreter.
We understand that some patients may be housebound and unable to visit the clinic.
If you feel you need a home visit, please call us before 11am on 020 7833 9939, and a clinician will call you to make a telephone assessment before making the visit.
Cancel an appointment
If for any reason you are late or unable to attend your appointment, we ask that you let us know as early as possible in advance. This is so we can offer your appointment to another patient who may urgently need it. Please telephone the practice on 020 7833 9939 to cancel or change your appointment or use the NHS App using the link below.
